It is true that anything can happen in New York City. The existence of Willets Point, or better known as "Iron Triangle" exemplifies just how different form of reality can occurred just outside the newly constructed Citifield Stadium.
Although Iron triangle is a place with no sewage, no pedestrian side walk and extremely contaminated with one resident currently living there, it is also home to many industries including car repair, glass work, solid waste treatment and much more. With thousands of people working there, a unique form of community has grown and continuously to fight for their survival against Bloomberg's Development plan.
If you are aurban traveller or just genuinely interested in city development, I will suggest you to take a visit to this place. More pictures of willets Point will be posted later.
