The Cognitive Distortions checklist is a tool that can be used in psychology to identify inaccurate ways of thinking. I have found myself using all of these negative/untrue ways of thinking at one time or another. These are my illustrations of this list of distortions. (work in progress -  #10 to follow eventually)
