1. Make the Invisible Visible.
I had to represent gravity visually. For this I decided to take a humorous approach and show the negative side of gravity in a way we can all relate to- the way it effects us when we get older. I drew an illustration of an irate granny with saggy breasts. Copy is my own.
2. Represent 24 Hours.
I made an animation to show the life of a mayfly as they only live for 24 hours. It starts with the hatching of an egg, the mayfly then flies across the screen as the background gets lighter then darker again to represent the hours as they pass. The final image is of the mayfly dead, and it twitches its leg. It is black and white to keep it simple and to show the depressing nature of its life.
