Connect Philly strives to find a common ground through which art, health, and community can be collectively discussed. The tunnel provides a unique setting for inspiration, collaboration, and exploration; a truly unusual environment unique to the City of Philadelphia. Design elements complementing Phase 1 of the Railpark - and inspired through active dialog with The Barnes Foundation - bring the tunnel to life through generative design, community-responsive programming, and historical vignettes.
