Orbis Energy, Lowestoft
Orbis Energy is commercial offices. It is located 30m from the seafront in Lowestoft and is the flagship building for renewable wind, wave, and tidal power across the East of England. It was designed to BREEAM standards of Excellent. I co-ordinated the interior surface finishes, and FF&E, as well as small packages within the larger scheme, such as Fire Regulations and NBS Specifications. Surface finishes were BRE A rated. Orbis Energy won the Suffolk Association of Architects 2009 Commercial Design Award. Project Value - 8.25M
