This master plan is placed on top of a hil, in a triangular shape, close to the sea and

sorrounded by residential. One of the most important requirements was to divide the plot

into phases which would make dthe development afordable.

The plot was divided in five units containing the residential units, and was conceived

to achieve the feeling of a high end construction, with places for parking, swimming pool

areas and common landscaping.
