The developer bought this abandoned and unfinished compound . The first

requierement was to provide a NEW IMAGE for the whole compound, looking for a fresh

modern new mediterranean style, the main challenge was to work keeping as much as

posible from the already built parts, in order to save costs and being able to jump into the

market at reasonable prices.
