In the central area of this huge mixed-use project, I assumed the task of designing for the saleable retail area. A kind of sculptural compositive unit which provides the development with 10500sqm of saleable retail and office spaces, all surounded by open air terraces which connect directly to the mall, the hotel, the apartments and the Magic Cube.

Following the topic of ECHO and following a wave in its contraction and expansion

movements, this three elements group becomes a heart, pumping life into

the rest of the composition.
