A.C.M.E.
Installation

Venice (IT), 2013

With:
Marco Boni
L’ A.C.M.E. (Antica Cooperativa Massonica Emiliana), was born in Venice (IT) thanks to the collaboration with the artist Marco Boni as part of some events organized within self-managed social spaces of the city.
The project is a parody of a fictional anarchist sect who designs, in the shadow, the final attack against capitalism.
The installation is configured as a secret laboratory of this arcane and conspiratorial organization who produces objects that do not seem to produce any effective results (hence the reference to A.C.M.E. that produces weapons that misfire).
The members of the sect, often inserted as a performative figures in the installation space, are obviously ironic figures that follow in a grotesque behavior of politicians, journalists, activists and ordinary people.
