Branding for an Interior Designer

Renata Costa, an interior designer, needed a brand identity that communicated her ability to "bring the outside in" by seamlessly merging the outdoor space with the interior space with a modern touch. The logotype is set in Garamond, the perfect designer serif. The mark is a tulip, just about to bloom - a metaphor for the experience of taking one's space and having it re-imagined by Renata. I chose an earthy but modern color palate to reflect her work. 
The pattern for the business card was inspired by the client's "green" methodology, taking the macro view of a leaf and translating it into a modern geometric pattern.
