Steve Madden : Creating an Omnichannel

System Thinking Assignment 2016

A class based hypothetical System Thinking Assignment where we were asked to choose a brand and find a design solution for the store and its online website to work as an omni-channel.

The store that we chose was the American brand Steve Madden and the design strategy we applied was to invent a toggle button for the online website called SIM, which would be seen as a transluscent ball of "S" hovering on the screen. On checking this button, the user would see three options: Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. On clicking either one, the user would be redirected to the live events held at Steve Madden stores in different parts of the world, giving the user a wholesome experience and a variety of choses to look out for LIVE. This omni-channel network would help interactivity as well as generate interest amongst potential customers.
