CONCEPT

Synesthesia is a confusion of the senses, leading somebody to experience sensations differently or simultaneously. Chromesthesia specifically means that the person experiences visual sensation upon hearing music. This is a way that some peoples’ minds visualise sound naturally.

SOLUTION

I played a song to somebody with chromesthesia, asked them what they experienced during the song, and tried to recreate it as faithfully as possible.
