The Left Hand Path of Creativity...Daily frolics in ambidextrous art-play and love-spreading...
I have been right-handed all of my life...until earlier this year. I was three months into a personal challenge to create a daily inspiration board for myself and household when an injury forced me to try my left hand for a few weeks. I'm an artist and had been working on many right-handed projects that were on hold at the time, so I tried a few little doodles on my board along with the quotes. The process was painfully slow at first, but I decided to keep using my left hand even when my injury healed. Beautifully, miraculously, my left hand began to teach my brain art in a different way...it's quite a fun evolution to be a part of, and it makes my heart happy to see all the boards here as a record of this journey. This practice has become a fulfilling artistic and self-discovery process, and it is also my love-offering to anyone who's interested. :-)
