In an effort to streamline my method of receiving requests for design projects I created a web form that clearly indicated how to get me all of the information I needed to complete a project in the most time-efficient way possible. Internal co-workers and external clients alike simply followed the link to the form, uploaded their copy, images, instructions and other details, clicked submit, and it would automatically create a folder structure in my database. Removing a good deal of error margin and frustration.
