DIBBA ( @dibbaofficial) is a brand from Indonesia which collections tell a story originated from locals yet infused with an X factor.
For the STELLAR Spring/Summer 2017 collection, DIBBA presents a collection that combines loosely inspired imagery of Balinese mythology, Midcentury Modern Atomic Age geometrical architecture with the silhouettes of Japanese practicality & comfort.
The STELLAR prints mix the unique & futuristic 1950s Googie Architectural shapes & pastel colors, that characterized the space age designs, symbolic of motion, such as boomerang shapes, atoms & parabolic shapes with loosely based Balinese mythology to create a harmonious blend of retro & Indonesian iconography.
