After testing some features in Red Giants Trapcode suite I wanted to create something to test them further. That day it was St. George's so the flag of choice was obvious. I think the outcome was very good for a first attempt but its a skill that with time and a full licence of trapcode (new mortgage needed haha) I could improve.
