The user experience with the brand begins online, where customers can learn about rain garden benefits, resources, and plan and design their own garden—all with information tailored for their regional location. 

Each RainBloom kit contains an instructional booklet and seed paper. The seed paper sheets correspond to the layout the customer designed online and can be laid directly in the garden bed. The seed paper sheets contain information about each plant and are perforated to allow for changes to the planting location. Because rain gardens promote the use of native plants, each region has a specific pattern that appears on the interior of the box.
