Skrå printhouse // Visual identity

Skrå is a small independent print house located in Elverum, Norway. They are small but with a rough and bold attitude. They put their pride in the highest quality art prints. Check out their work here.

Skrå, the name means skewed or diagonal. It originates from the old Norse days when skrå was a piece of leather. A parchment, where laws were written. The early days of printing.

The logo has strict lines, somewhat similar to the old runic alphabet - but still with an open and friendly face. Open and cut lines gives a feeling of something chopped - something handcrafted.
