Projekt urbanistyczny proponujący rozwiązanie ruchu kołowego pod powierzchnią Placu Centralnego, pozostawiając nitki trakcji tramwajowych na powierzchni, oddając miejsce pieszym i spacerowiczom. Zostaje rozwiązana oś wzdłuż Alei Róż z zamknięciem perspektywicznym od północy i teatralnym otwarciem od południa. Plac Centralny z nowymi, socrealistycznymi gabarytami pięcioboku, przewidziany jest nowy Plac Przed NCKiem, Plac Południowy z tarasem widokowym na Łąki Nowohuckie i na nowo urządzony Plac Ratuszowy.
Całość sprzężona odpowiednim rozmieszczeniem poszczególnych usług. Część południowa od Placu Centralnego zostaje zagospodarowana zaniegami kubaturystycznymi i funkcjonalnymi. Kubatury nawiązują do obrzeżnych wypełnień kwartałów jednostek mieszkalnych, funkcje to biurowce, miejsca pracy i inwestycji, także w miasto. Dokonane zostają także drobne zabiegi, jak zamknięcia perspektywiczne i uzupełnienia - nawiązania do obrzeżnych wypełnień kwartałów mieszkalnych - osiedli powstałych po 1959 roku, bloków wolnostojących.

The urban design proposing solution to road-traffic problems under the ground of PlacCentralny (Central Square) except tram ways left on the ground. It generates public space. The axle along Al. Róż is closed from the North and opened from the South to the horizon across the theatric frame of two new buildings on the Southside of Plac Centralny. Now Plac Centralny has a socrealistic form of pentagon. There are provided a few new squares: new arranged Town Hall Square, the Southern with viewing terrace and in front of NCK.
The whole place has the right infrastructure. The plan of the location of new buildings is outlined by the border plumped units, like in the existing ones (Towns-Gardens, garden inside, town outside). New buildings on the Southside of the representative and majestatic Plac Centralny are for commerce and offices purposes – Nowa Huta investments. There are also introduced a few form solutions, like perspective closing axes and outline plumping habitant units of free located buildings founded after the year 1959.
