Intranet for JHU Office of Managed Care
Working through user-research, wireframing and finishing with a design that modernized the JHU brand, we created an internal portal to streamline the complexities involved with managing insurance-specific requests.
Responsive Intranet
One of the most important aspects of this intranet, beyond organizing a lot of content and managing frequent insurance updates, was to ensure this platform was available across platforms. Previously this information was not clearly organized, and was hard to access. We worked together to create a system that had an easy on boarding process, and made the jobs of the JHU employees less painful.
