Designing an interactive co-working space experience in Ticino

Description
The MeetHub is a custom interactive platform for the Lifestyle Innovation Lab located in Ticino.
Our goal is to connect people with various interests through productive coffee breaks to share ideas and exchange knowledge.
Co-Workers can explore the interactive display to learn more about scheduled events and to see real- time activity on different floors.
Selecting a floor displays all of the events happening on that floor, with current events highlighted in orange.
To join and create events, users can download the app by simply scanning a QR code on the bottom of the events page.
Interaction Modalities
Interactions through a touch screen - Users can tap the screen to find out what events are taking place on different floors. They can see past, current and future events by swiping left and right on a timeline.
Interactions through the mobile app - Users can download the mobile app with the QR code on the big screen to join events, and residents can create events and earn points which can be used to get priority when booking a conference room.
