I made digital illustrations of the main historical/cultural buildings in the town so that the tourists can use them as landmarks.

For my solution, Letterkenny would be split into two sections: North (blue) and South (orange). The signs would adapt colours depending on the section. I did this as the North side is mostly business parks and housing estates so it would be mainly used by locals. The South is mainly used by tourists as it is where the historical and cultural places are in Letterkenny.

My system will be suitable for all users including tourists, drivers and pedestrians. Above is the signage for pedestrians, they will be applied to existing structures like lampposts and buildings. Below is the signage for the drivers, they will be applied to existing structure again and also to the roundabouts.
