This public sector client had a public-facing website for its organization that was cumbersome to manage and had become haphazardly arranged for its end users, with a bloated homepage and non-intuitive navigation. The scope of this effort involved user surveys, a site audit, review of site analytics, accessibility review, wireframes and full mock-ups.
