Institutional communications for a Foundation devoted to social inclusion | 2019
In its 20 years of activity, the NGO devoted to the inclusion of the formerly incarcerated and the homeless had not developed a basic communications structure. There was little more than a logo —with which the stakeholders had an emotional connection.
I led a one-year process that managed to acquire private donors, secure international grants, build partnerships and grow the number of volunteers. The project involved research (interviews, surveys, participation in the activities), strategy and hands-on implementation: from defining the mission statement and creating a brand style guide to putting forward cross-platform fundraising campaigns: web, social media, print materials, EDM, telemarketing.
