Tilottama is the "labour of love" of Mrs. Prema Vaidyanathan,  a homemaker who is passionate about delighting her family and friends with her culinary and hospitality skills.

She has attempted to put together a collection of recipes which she has enjoyed cooking, eating and sharing. This is not the regular cookbook with pages and pages of recipes and more recipes these are stories that involve food, hospitality and lifestyle ideas that the author believes in and tips on being a good host! I have added my touches in illustrating some scenarios of the story and laying out the story and recipe sections.

The recipes sections in the book have been made with a different style guide so the reader can flip pages directly to the recipes and skip the stories if they like.
