My first attempt an an eblast (a reboot of the company's monthly newsletter). Lots of things learned from a development perspective regarding eblasts, HTML formatting, slicing, multiple hyperlinks, etc... A massive headache by not employing standard templates using services like mailchimp or constant contact, but totally worth it - having [mostly] free range over the design. The design takes heavy influence from the format of the website; I originally wanted to use this design for a blog instead of this newsletter, but I have a feeling that it'll make its way online fairly soon.
First 5x7 advert for KH. Note to self - gradients do not come out nearly as nice in print lest ye format correctly.
Second 5x7 advert for motherr's day; this one went to print and was also sent out via email. The print copy simply had the arrow removed, for obvious reasons.
60 Reade, a subsidiary business of KH, is going through some significant digital updates. As such, an updated logo was called for. Here's a glimpse at the process I went through. The last one on the bottom is the end result and will be used across all mediums.
60Reade's just one of three subsidiary companies under the KH brand. I worked on the design for this link page, which directs users to the two other sites under the brand. Aside from the purely graphical aspect, touching up the photos, and page layout, I'm currently working with the dev team to apply some cool html/css code and jquery plugins to make my images functional too.
