This idea slowly mushroomed in the back of my head to what you see below. I guess it's pretty self-explanitory! ... that combination of intimacy, attachment and need that goes into a relationship between two people... it's cutesy and repulsive at the same time. Fun stuff!

I started off drawing the outlines in pen and ink, and carried on to colour the image digitally.
