Located in a quiet area, the project was conceived in this spirit of serenity. The whole concept is based on transparency and nature. The majority of partitions were made with glazing to preserve this spirit of openness, and each office offers a view of the garden. The wide peripheral circulation is punctuated by bay windows, a common thread of architecture. At the heart of the project, an interior patio decorated with a century-old olive tree is visible from almost all the spaces.
The choice of materials was limited: natural stones for floors and warmer wood effects for furniture and fittings. A touch of colour is brought to the offices of the employees by the use of a floor in vynil (necessary for the acoustic comfort of the offices), whose blue hue echoes the furniture lounge of the entrance.
