Kell, another good friend of mine, commissioned me to make a Sailor Chibimoon costume for his one-year-old daughter's birthday. It was my first time creating something in such petite proportions, but Kell and I ended up quite pleased with the results. The costume itself is a four-piecer: A sailor-onesie, a skirt, a snap-on bow in the neckline, and a snap-on organza bow at the back. (Hair pieces and gloves not included.)
