Iruya es un pequeño pueblo en la provincia de Salta, Argentina. Como mi madre es salteña decidí buscar inspiración en su tierra, para rendirle honor con un tributo pintado a mano. El rapport textil principal muestra las montañas, el tren a las nubes, los cultivos de pimientos, las llamas y las alpacas, en un baile de colores en acrílico formando una fusión de cielo y tierra.
Iruya is a small town in Salta, Argentina. Since my mother was born in Salta, I decided to pay tribute to her land and created a hand-painted pattern design inspired by the wonderful landscape. The pattern showcases the mountains, the train that travels through the clouds, the pepper crops, the llamas, and alpacas, all forming a dance of colors in acrylic paint, creating a fusion of sky and earth.
