SMITE World Championship Motion Kit

Seamless venue screens
The huge scope of this event meant Hi-Rez needed several unique brands for each of their secondary shows and competitions, such as their Cosplay Contest or Golden Bolts Awards Show. This was all in addition to the massive output that would be required for the screens that were used before, during, and after the matches themselves.

SPL Animated Logo Loops

I was tasked with creating ten looping animations for each of the pro teams that could play at the event. These loops would be used on both the venue and broadcast side in a variety of applications.

Team takeovers

With these screens, we had to render out a 30 second loop for every possible outcome. That meant taking into account every potential pregame match-up and every potential victory / champion.

In the end, there were over 400 assets rendered in total, and with the nature of an event like this, most of
them were never used. This is the largest output I've ever had to manage. And although I had help with rendering,
I certainly learned a lot (the hard way) about time management and file structure from this project.
