House with contemporary design, light colors such as gray, cream and white but obtaining the accents of color through decorative accessories such as cushions and paintings.Gray porcelain floor of great dimension to achieve an effect of amplitude, focusing the social areas by means of carpets. In the room we have a high pile carpet giving the feeling of softness and relaxation, in the dining room we have a cowhide rug with different earth colors achieving the focal point in the table area and leaving the spaces in the background of travel of this environment.Regarding lighting, different light effects are used, we have direct lighting through the LED spots in the perimeters of each room and corridors, in addition to the up-light under the staircase giving the dramatic detail to the house, in addition to the room we have a focal point on the coffee table thanks to the Arco standing fixture.The furniture is sober and linear, following the line of decoration has gray, black and beige, having as a design root Mies Van de Rohe with Barcelano armchairs and the bench that bears the same name.

Casa con diseño contemporáneo, tonos claros como grises, cremas y blanco pero obteniendo los acentos de color por medio de accesorios decorativos como cojines y cuadros.
Piso de porcelanato gris de gran dimensión para así lograr un efecto de amplitud, focalizando las áreas sociales por medio de alfombras. En la sala contamos con una alfombra de pelo alto dando la sensación de suavidad y relajo, en el comedor tenemos una alfombra de piel de vaca con diferentes colores tierra logrando obtener el punto focal en la zona de mesa y dejando en un segundo plano los espacios de recorrido de este ambiente.
Respecto a la iluminación se uso diferentes efectos de luz, tenemos la iluminación directa por medio de los spots Leds en los perímetros de cada ambiente y pasillos, además de los up-light bajo la escalera dando el detalle dramático a la casa, además en la sala tenemos un punto focal en la mesa de centro gracias a la luminaria de pie Arco.
El mobiliario es sobrio y lineal, siguiendo con la linea de la decoración cuenta con colores grises, negros y beige, teniendo como raíz de diseño a Mies Van de Rohe con las butacas Barcelano y la banqueta que lleva el mismo nombre.
