Below is how we work: Phase 1 - Creating a 3D Model: We made a 3D model of the building and its surroundings using the provided materials. We work using delivered 3D models or create model entirely based on technical drawings. Phase 2 - Framing: We prepare several options to choose from. We look for the most distinctive and appealing elements of the property and propose a few main concepts for framing the scene. Additionally, we suggest lighting for the frames. Phase 3 - Adding Detail: In selected frames from Phase 2 we now add details, which involves: - working on properly presenting materials of the building;. - green areas and small architectural elements like benches and lamps. - finalizing the proposed lighting for the scene Phase 4 - Post-production: After approving the detailed scene and final lighting, we make final adjustments to enhance the overall mood and atmosphere of the image.
